Overview

We ship fast and we ship discreetly. Every order gets tracked, and most go out the same day. Here's everything you need to know.


1. Processing and Shipping Times

1.1 Same-Day Shipping. Orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Time (CT), Monday through Friday, ship the same business day.

1.2 After-Hours Orders. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CT, or on weekends and holidays, will ship the next business day.

1.3 Tracking. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information within 15 minutes of your order being shipped.


2. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery

All shipments originate from Kansas City, KS.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery times depend on the carrier, destination, weather, and other factors outside our control.


3. Free Shipping

Orders totaling $150 or more (before tax) qualify for free Standard Ground shipping within the continental United States.

Free shipping applies automatically at checkout. No promo code needed.


4. Shipping Carriers

We ship via UPS and FedEx. The carrier used may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected.


5. Discreet Packaging

Your privacy matters. All orders ship in WhyNot Labs branded packaging. No product names, descriptions, or contents are visible on the exterior. The return label shows our company name and address only. The return label shows our company name and address only.


6. Shipping Destinations

6.1 United States Only. We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states and U.S. territories.

6.2 International Shipping. We do not currently offer international shipping. We'll update this policy if that changes.

6.3 PO Boxes. We can ship to PO boxes; however, deliveries to PO boxes may experience delays depending on the carrier and destination. For fastest delivery, we recommend providing a physical street address.

6.4 APO/FPO Addresses. We can ship to military addresses. Delivery times may be longer than standard estimates.


7. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, package weight, and shipping method selected. The exact cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.


8. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you can track it using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. You can also check your order status by logging into your account on our website.

If your tracking information hasn't updated within 48 hours of shipment, please contact us at [email protected] and we'll investigate.


9. Delivery Issues

9.1 Lost Packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received the package, check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

9.2 Stolen Packages. WhyNot Labs is not responsible for packages stolen after carrier-confirmed delivery. We strongly recommend shipping to a secure location where someone is available to receive the package. At our discretion, we may offer a one-time courtesy replacement for first-time occurrences.

9.3 Damaged Packages. If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for instructions. Do not discard damaged products or packaging until the claim is resolved.

9.4 Incorrect Address. If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges required to reship the order.


10. Weather and Carrier Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by weather events, natural disasters, carrier operational issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. During known weather events, we may delay shipments to protect product quality and will notify affected customers by email.


11. Product Storage During Transit

Our products are shipped in packaging designed to maintain product integrity during standard transit conditions. No cold packs or special temperature controls are required for our products during normal shipping timeframes.
