Overview
We stand behind the quality of our products. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. This policy covers returns, refunds, replacements, and what to do if your order arrives damaged.
No games, no runaround. Here's how it works.
1. Standard Returns
1.1 Return Window. You may return eligible products within 30 days of the delivery date.
1.2 Eligibility Requirements. To qualify for a return, the product must be:
- Unopened and unused — original seal intact.
- In original packaging — including the vial, insert card, and outer box.
- In resalable condition — no damage to packaging or product.
1.3 How to Initiate a Return. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions within 1 business day.
1.4 Return Shipping. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or a shipping error on our part. We recommend using a tracked shipping method — we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
1.5 Refund Processing. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued.
1.6 Refund Amount. Refunds will be issued for the full product purchase price. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
2. Damaged Products
Stuff happens in transit. If your order arrives damaged, here's what to do:
2.1 Report Immediately. Contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number.
- Photos clearly showing the damage to the product and/or packaging.
2.2 No Return Needed. You do not need to ship damaged products back to us. Keep or dispose of the damaged item at your discretion.
2.3 Free Replacement. We will ship a replacement product at no charge as quickly as possible — typically within 1 business day of verifying the damage.
2.4 Refund Option. If a replacement product is not available, we will issue a full refund including original shipping charges.
3. Quality Complaints
If you believe a product has a quality issue (incorrect content, purity concerns, or other defects not related to shipping damage):
3.1 Contact Us. Email [email protected] with your order number, batch number (found on the vial label), and a description of the issue.
3.2 Investigation. We take quality seriously. We will review the complaint against our batch testing records and, if necessary, conduct additional testing.
3.3 Resolution. At our discretion, we will offer either a replacement product or a full refund based on the findings of our investigation.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used products — any product where the seal has been broken or the product has been removed from original packaging.
- Products stored improperly — products that have been exposed to conditions inconsistent with stated storage guidelines (e.g., extreme heat, direct sunlight, contamination).
- Products returned after 30 days from the delivery date.
- Products without return authorization — returns must be pre-authorized. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
5. Cryptocurrency Payments
For orders paid via cryptocurrency:
- Refunds for crypto payments will be processed as a USD equivalent refund to a payment method you specify, or as store credit at your choice.
- Due to the nature of cryptocurrency transactions, we cannot refund directly to the original wallet in the same cryptocurrency.
6. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order.
7. Order Cancellations
7.1 Before Shipment. If your order has not yet shipped, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
7.2 After Shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may return it per the standard return policy in Section 1 once you receive it.
