How can I request a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?
Every product page links directly to its batch COA. You can also scan the QR code on your vial or search our COA Library by product name or batch ID. No request needed. It’s all public.
Are your products third-party tested?
Every batch goes through 10-panel conformity testing at Vanguard Laboratory, an independent facility accredited under ISO/IEC 17025:2017 through A2LA. We don’t test in-house. We don’t grade our own homework.

What is the shipping timeline?
Orders placed before 2PM CT ship the same day, Monday through Saturday. You’ll have a tracking number in your inbox within minutes. No processing windows. No warehouse delays.
