Do I need a large audience to apply?

No minimum audience size requirement. We evaluate based on content quality and compliance fit, not follower count. Micro-influencers with engaged audiences consistently outperform large accounts with disengaged followers. Previous customers are auto-approved.

How does the 120-day cookie work?

If a visitor clicks your referral link and makes a purchase within 120 days, you earn the commission. That's 4x the industry standard of 30 days. Additionally, we use email-based tracking — once a customer's email is linked to your account, all their future orders are credited to you regardless of how they arrive at the site.

What counts as a "recurring" order?

Any order placed by a customer you originally referred — regardless of whether they use your link or code for that subsequent order. Once a customer is attributed to your account via email tracking, every order they place earns you 10% recurring commission. Permanently.

How and when do I get paid?

Commissions are paid monthly on a NET-30 schedule — commissions earned in March are paid in April. Minimum payout threshold is $50. Payment options include PayPal, Zelle, ACH direct deposit, and crypto (USDT/USDC).

Can my audience use both my code and the military discount?

Yes. The HEROES10 military/first responder/healthcare discount stacks on top of your affiliate code. A customer who uses your code (20% off) and qualifies for HEROES10 (additional 10% off) gets both. You still earn your full commission on the discounted sale price.

How do tier upgrades work?

Tier upgrades are automatic. When your monthly referred sales hit the Silver threshold (10 sales) or Gold threshold (25 sales or $5,000 volume), you're upgraded and notified. You don't need to ask. Tiers are evaluated monthly based on the prior month's performance.
